Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of People Services to lead
its people services function and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line
with organizational goals and regulations
Oversee people systems and databases, ensuring compliance with
labor laws and regulations
Provide strategic support and coaching to management on employee
relations and performance issues
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive People Operations management experience,
including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
BS/BA required; Masters and PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Experience building People teams in a professional services
context
High level of personal integrity and ability to foster mutual
respect and inclusion
Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, and Excel
