Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success, SA&I
Sensory Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client satisfaction and support scoping discussions for
complex projects
Ensure successful delivery of client projects and lead
presentations
Manage a team of Analysts/Associate Managers/Managers, providing
coaching and support
Required Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in a consulting role focused on
Innovation Strategy or Sensory Product Research
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
At least 3+ years of people management and coaching experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software
related to the field
