Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will
serve as a strategic and operational financial leader.
Key Responsibilities
Manage external relationships with banks, lawyers, and auditors
while ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Lead tax planning and optimization, prepare financial budgets, and
ensure timely reporting to achieve organizational objectives
Oversee accounting, financial planning, and analytics teams, while
implementing continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial positions
Strong foundation in finance or accounting from a leading global
organization
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred
Extensive experience in the U.S. healthcare landscape is highly
regarded
Proven track record of success in leading finance and accounting
organizations
