Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Enrollment to lead a
team in maximizing patient enrollment in virtual care services.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the enrollment team to achieve new patient consent goals and
manages daily performance metrics
Determines hiring needs, trains, and schedules Enrollment
Specialists to meet campaign objectives
Monitors team performance, provides updates to leadership, and
ensures high job satisfaction and morale among team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or extensive compensating experience
Experience in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring
is a plus
High energy, goal-oriented, and ability to lead by example
Experience interpreting and applying metrics to achieve success
Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick study on business
software applications
