Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Outsourced Workforce
Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a program for managing ministry care partners
aligned with organizational values and workforce strategies
Manage relationships with third-party vendor partners to ensure
compliance with workforce standards and organizational policies
Lead annual program reviews and strategy meetings, tracking
progress and addressing challenges proactively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
or a related field
5-7 years of experience in HR
3+ years of experience leading complex projects in cross-functional
areas
Work experience in project management is preferred
