MUST SIT IN CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINAOnsite three days a week!Description:5+ years financial services experience with good tenureExperience with high level presentations to Sr. level Executives (Powerpoint decks, confident public speaking)Ability to uncover problems and provide solutions within delivery teams (Identifying issues before they become larger issues for upper management)Experience managing multiple large programs at once (2-3)The main focus of this role is to uncover problems within delivery before they become bigger issues and to work through them and escalate if needed. The success in this role will be measured by the reduction of issues being escalated. This candidate will have to understand what the correct questions are to ask, attending the correct meetings, and making sure certain teams are communicating effectively at the right time. Executive level presentations will also be a big part of the role - they are looking for sharp individuals that can communicate effectively and have great attention to detail. They won't be necessarily responsible for the delivery of the projects but accountable of how they are being executed and making sure they are meeting deadlines and expectations. -Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
