• We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Self Storage Manager to join our team at Public Storage.
  
  As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing storage facilities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  You will be responsible for:
  • Assessing customer storage needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Managing storage facilities, including daily inspections and audits
  • Providing excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Working independently at multiple locations, including spending time inside and outside the facilities
    
    Requirements
    
    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for traveling between locations
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic math skills and attention to detail
