grow the supply of Vicos in the SAP services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Scale the pool of Vicos to meet demand in SAP services
Source, qualify, and onboard candidates to build successful
Vicos
Engage and motivate the Vico community to foster growth and
collaboration
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in professional services or SAP
recruitment
Strong network in the SAP sector
University or Technical University degree with good or very good
results
Excellent judgment in evaluating candidates
Native German and fluent English
