managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for
Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee
readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with
the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating
current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and
project improvements. Job expectations include overseeing projects,
using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as
a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical
change initiatives.The Change Management function supports the
Non-financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Credit Reporting
Operations portfolio of change by partnering with functional
stakeholders and technology groups to prioritize and implement
initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or
market requirements. The function is seeking to recruit a Portfolio
Manager to support the strategic transformation of the NFRR
operating model.--- Delivers end-to-end project management services
for all material change efforts within the NFRR Target Operating
Model Program--- Manages a diverse portfolio of technology and
process change initiatives including regulatory compliance change,
operational excellence and strategy implementation--- Partners with
technology and operations to develop detailed project plans and
drive execution accountability--- Ensures successful project
delivery by managing project scope, timeline, resources and budget;
identifies and manages project issues and risks--- Manages
stakeholder engagement and communication--- Ensures compliance with
enterprise change standards--- May indirectly lead a team of change
resources including project managers, process designers, product
managers, UA testers, etc.Responsibilities:
