Job Description:
Summary -
Primary role coordinates and directs day to day Facilities
Operations and Maintenance (FOM) support services focusing on plant
operations, building automation, life safety systems and preventive
maintenance (hard services) performed by in house and third-party
providers. - Also has indirect / secondary responsibilities over
general buildings maintenance, grounds / landscaping, and cleaning
/ custodial services, grounds services, and administrative office
operations by performing the following duties personally or through
subordinate supervisors.

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and
evaluation of hard services units. Carries out management
responsibilities in accordance with ABM's and client's policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and
training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Explorer or Firefox Internet software; Inventory Direct Inventory
software; Brightly; Maximo, FAMIS etc. Order processing systems;
Kronos Payroll systems; MS Project or Milestones Project Management
software; Excel incl Pivot and or BIM Spreadsheet software and MS
