Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Security Operations to
lead and mature their Security Operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a high-performing security operations team,
including individual contributors and managers
Lead incident response efforts and establish effective
communication across departments during security incidents
Oversee team budgets, external consultants, and service provider
contracts while fostering good security practices throughout the
organization
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, detection and response, or
corporate security programs
4+ years of experience managing individual contributors and other
managers
Demonstrated experience in security operations teams, including
incident response and threat detection capabilities
Practical experience with security infrastructure such as SIEM,
firewalls, and identity management
Exposure to software development and digital forensics
practices
