Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ice Cream Project Engineer to lead
factory development projects aimed at achieving zero defects,
waste, and losses.
Key Responsibilities
Work with line crews and provide technical training and coaching on
project-related tasks
Manage CAPEX across various projects, ensuring timely delivery
within budget
Eliminate waste and losses while increasing line stability and
creating technical standards
Required Qualifications
Preferred degree or national diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or
Electrical Engineering
Strong technical knowledge with evidence of waste and loss
elimination in production lines
Proven ability to manage significant engineering projects
Experience with statistics and process control tools
Familiarity with AM, PM, Quality, FI, and EEM/EPM tools and
processes
