Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Hardware Engineering to
lead and manage a team of hardware engineers in developing
microelectronic products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the employee life cycle for the engineering staff,
including hiring, onboarding, and retention
Collaborate with various engineering teams to enhance project
outcomes and establish engineering standards
Negotiate project priorities and align hardware engineering
resources with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program optimization and
engineering leadership
Proven track record in SoC design/architecture leadership and team
management
Experience in product lifecycle management from ideation to market
launch
MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
hands-on industry experience
10+ years of relevant experience in developing processors,
co-processors, or hardware accelerator ASICs
