Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics
Engineer to support the Human Resources System Technical Support
Program.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current technical processes and develop new business
information processing systems
Coordinate with business and technology teams to determine system
requirements and testing protocols
Develop system recommendations to address user business
problems
Required Qualifications
BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree
with 2+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in developing data analytics and experience with RDBMS
and various data formats
Proficient in SQL for data mining and analysis
Experience with at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or
Qlik
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret government security
clearance
