Job Description:

Our technicians repair, maintain, and install doors on location in commercial buildings, hospitals, stores, and more. We're looking for someone with a background in residential or commercial doors, garage doors, construction, military, electrical work, fabrication, access control, glazing, carpentry, mechanical, installing or servicing products, or any other skilled trade. Provides the necessary training, tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services to solve potential issues
• Meet with customers onsite to review work before and after services
• Work with office staff to order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services
• Complete dispatches, work orders, service, and installation requests accurately and on time
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork
• Submit paperwork to office staff in a timely manner - often via company-issued phone
• Manage parts and materials on your company-issued vehicle - repairs do not need to be completed by technicians
• Maintain a professional attitude in a safe working environment with a clean job site
